OP: I am having the exact same problem, not sure where to report the issue with playstation, but I suspect there was a recent update to the app that has messed things up. Others: I have used Amazon Instant Video for a long time now. It works well on the PS3 (until this week) and on tablets, and is free if you have Amazon Prime.

If your inventory is showing as ‘Unavailable’ and your not getting sold emails, it sounds as if your seller account was suspended and/or deleted.
